It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a steep walk back or a quick, cheap taxi ride back to the apartment.. (Queenstown is located in the mountains, this hill is why the view is so incredible!) Other things to note There are 2 sets of stairs in apartment. We have 2 x baby gates available for guests use. The apartment is located on a steep hill. It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a VERY steep walk back. (Queenstown is located in the mountains) The one carpark is in front of apartment and is not suited to oversized vehicles or campervans. During the winter months the street can very occasionally get icy. I recommend a 4 wheel drive in winter. 2 wheel drive car access may be affected in occasional winter storms or freezing cold snaps. *** Please note. If your departure date falls on a public holiday we will have to charge additional cleaning fees to cover cleaning companies holiday staffing costs a $75 request will be sent out after booking confirmation. **Our Bespoke Cancellation Policy** We offer a full refund for Covid related disruptions to travel. We also offer full refund up to 30 days prior to your stay. All other travel related issues should be covered in your personal travel insurance.
