We also offer full refund up to 30 days prior to your stay. All other travel related issues should be covered in your personal travel insurance.

Other things to note The apartment is located on the lower Queenstown Hill and is a quick 10 minute walk down to the city centre. It is quite a steep walk back up the hill, which is great for the active type. If you're not feeling so active taxis are around $10 We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh luxury linen, towels and essentials. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved. Checkouts on a public holiday will incur a $75 additional fee to cover the cleaners time and a half.
